Scope

Written quotes state scope, materials, timeline, and price. Work starts after written approval. Payment terms are provided on the quote/invoice.

You may cancel before work begins. If materials were purchased, you are responsible for those costs where non-refundable.

We warrant workmanship for a reasonable period aligned to the task; manufacturer warranties apply to parts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

You agree to provide safe access to the site. We reserve the right to pause work if conditions are unsafe.
